Please post the exact rejection error code/message. There is more than one kind of PIN. And if it "says" the spouse self-select PIN, then it may actually be the 2024 AGI causing the issue. Or did it say IP PIN (Identity Protection PIN?) In any case, if you provide here the rejection error code/message, we can tell you what your next step should be.
Are you married filing jointly? Also who are you referring to as "spouse?" Normally the IRS refers to the second-named taxpayer on the return as the Spouse. Again, the rejection error code/message will help us know which of you is getting the error.
Also, you used the term "amended." To correct an efile rejection for an original return you do not "amend" the return in the formal sense of that word; i.e., you do not prepare an amended return; you do not click on "Amend.". You simply open the original return back up and make the changes and resubmit. Maybe that's what you did, but using the term "amended" can confuse the issue.
