My taxes got rejected because of the wrong birthday but this year when my itin got renewed my birthday was wrong.... should I wait to refile until it is fixed?

You will not be able to e-file this year, even after your birth date gets corrected. Print your tax return, sign it, and file it by mail. If you get your birth date corrected on your ITIN, you should be able to e-file next year.
