My tax return was wrong and I had to pay I want to know why this occurred.

Why do you think it is wrong ???   Did you make a data entry error ???

I ended up paying taxes not getting a refund which turbo tax said I was , and it was even looked at by an expert. The IRS adjust my tax return and I ended up paying.

Ok ... the expert can only look at the entries you made which may not have  been  correct.   If the IRS changed something on your return then review the letter of explanation when it is sent ... until you know what was changed it is impossible to comment at this time.
