My tax return was rejected because my IP pin wasn’t entered. I clicked on the “fix” I entered the same IP pin from last years taxes and its still rejected. What to do?

You cannot use the same IP Pin as you did last year.  You need to receive a new IP Pin.

Can I reuse last year's IP PIN?

No. The IRS will send you a CP01A notice with your new IP PIN by early January of 2022. That's the one you'll need to file your 2021 return.
