Was the e-filed tax return rejected by the IRS for the 2022 AGI that was entered on the 2023 return?
If so, enter a 0 (zero) for the 2022 AGI and e-file again.
Turbotax has no control over whether your return can be electronically processed by the IRS. A rejection means there is a mis-match between information you put on the return and some information the IRS has on file for you. It's not under Turbotax's control. If you can't fix the problem, you can print, sign and mail your return. The Turbotax fees pay for a completed tax return, which you will get if you print your return. E-filing is never part of the guarantee because it is something Turbotax can't control.
