What is the exact error code or message?

The AGI or pin from last year apparently doesn't match last year's, which I don't understand how that can happen.

Use the amount from the originally filed return if it was filed prior to 10/16 and has been fully processed by the end of November ... otherwise us a single zero. If neither amount works all you can do is mail in the return this year.
