My tax refund was taken by the state for unpaid child support do I still get that stimulus check from the emergency relief actif so does it get direct deposited to my TurboTax card because I received

I received a TurboTax card but due to the state taking my refund the account balance is zero does the IRS direct deposit it since it says that the account information or do I have to look elsewhere

First nothing is in writing officially so it is unknown if the IRS will send the check via the direct deposit thru the processing bank   or  if the processing bank will accept it and forward it to the card  or  a check will be mailed to begin with ... watch the IRS for info when available :  https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus
