My tax extension is being rejected... error codes R0000-679-01

R0000-679-01 - 'PrimaryPriorYearPIN' or 'PrimaryElectronicFilingPIN' or 'PrimaryPriorYearAGIAmt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database.
R0000-681-01 - If IRS Payment Record or IRS ES Payment Record is present, and 'PINTypeCd' in the Return Header has the value "Self-Select On-Line", then 'PrimaryBirthDt', ['PrimaryPriorYearAGIAmt' or 'PrimaryPriorYearPIN'], 'PrimaryPINEnteredByCd', 'PrimarySignaturePIN', 'PrimarySignatureDt' and 'JuratDisclosureCd' must have a value in the Return Header.

For this, please enter 0 for both AGIs and resubmit.  If you receive this error again, please post your details back here in the thread for further assistance.
