My states forms are complete and ready to file but my screen goes blank when I try to finalize it?

Are you trying to Efile  both your Federal and State returns when your screen goes blank?

You can't file a state return separate from a Federal return, until the Federal return is accepted. 

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies and retry.

My federal return was accepted. The form for state wasn’t ready until today but it isn’t going all the way through.

Are you still experiencing the blank screen issue with the form now being available? If not, what is the current issue you are having?
