My state taxes aren’t being filed why

In addition to your state may not be accepting e-filed returns yet, most states will not be e-filed until after the Federal returns have been accepted. IRS is scheduled to start accepting e-filed returns on January 29, 2024. Allow a few more days for the return to process.
