My state tax return was rejected. Turbotax still says it's accepted and doesn't have the option for me to fix it. What do I do?

Turbotax says to click the "fix my return" option, but I don't have that since it still believes it is accepted.

Did the state actually say it was Rejected, or just that it was Not Found?
