My state tax return was rejected due to Turbotax error - NY_Itemized - error in our software. This will cause a delay in return, i should be refunded the $40 filing fee

I have the same issue and doesn't seem that I can do anything to "fix" the return. When trying to re-file it just says that this return is not prepared and is set to "File Later". When you look at options to change that, it just has "I'm not ready to file" as the only selection  option....not very helpful Turbo Tax...
