My State tax return was filed this year can you tell me how much it was because my federal tax has been taking because of payment

your federal tax refund was not taken becuase you owed on your state 2019 return.   however, there are offset program in effect which can result in federal and/or state taxes to be taken to pay such thngs as back taxes, child support, student loans, etc.
