There is a known issue related to Form K-40SVR that is being worked on. You can proceed with filing your returns by entering 0 for the Appraised Value when you see the error. This will not impact the accuracy of your return because no credit is being calculated and the form is not part of your return.
My federal return was accepted on
Jan 25th. My state is being rejected because of this issue. Will I still receive my federal payment even though my state is being rejected?

Your federal tax refund is not affected in any way by the acceptance or rejection of a state tax return.
Ok thanks. I was just making sure because it has been 13 days. I know it says 21 but it usually comes in pretty fast. I was just making sure the state being rejected because of the turbo tax k-40svr issue wasn't holding up the federal return.
