You'll have to share Why they were rejected before anyone can help. What reason was in the e-mail you got? Which State? ...

Did you previously efile the Federal return, and if so, has it been accepted?
If you mention what state and what the rejection error message/code is, you might get a suggestion from someone familiar with it in this user forum.
Otherwise, here's how to reach TurboTax Support (assumes you are in a paid product--PLUS or higher.)
