My state return rejected because a return with my ssn was already filed. I have checked with the state and they didn't receive anything with my ssn. What should I do?

print and mail your return with a note saying that the efile was rejected due to SS number having been used.  The state tax department will sort it out.  There is nothing that TurboTax support can do about this.
