My state return keeps prompting "Deductions Statement: Educator Smart Wks Ln B-SP should not have a value based on your filing status."

The form is blank, and only has a box for the Spouse field (again I'm single). I can't delete the form and it won't accept entering any value or leaving it blank. Basically it's stuck and preventing me from filing.
