My State return does not show the amount of last year's refund I applied to this year's tax and there is no place to enter it. How do I do this?

Enter this in the Federal Section:

Click Federal

Click Deductions & Credits

Scroll down to "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid” Click Show More

Scroll down to “Income Taxes Paid” and click Start
