My state electronic filing failed but Intuit charged my card. How do I get a refund?

There are no e-file fees when using the TurboTax online editions.  The TurboTax account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return.  The fees are the same whether a tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.

Or did you use the Desktop CD/Download program and pay the $20/25 state efile fee?  You should be able to get a refund for that one.  Use the word Billing instead of refund when you contact Turbo Tax
