My spouse received their SSN in June 2020 and did not receive any stimulus payments, can they claim the Recover Rebate Credit?

She moved to the US earlier that year but received her SSN in June. Can she claim either of the stimulus that was disbursed? We are filing married jointly.

Yes, if she has a social security number now and you are filing a joint return, she will be able to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit for both stimulus payments.  In TurboTax, it will ask you how much you received- when you enter your amount, it will give you the additional amount for her as part of your tax refund.
