My spouse is a Non Resident Alien and i would like to file my taxes as "Married but filing separately" but it wont let me input "NRA" for the social security number

She lives in Canada and does not have a SSN since she is not a US Citizen yet (Process was just submitted)

Leave it blank.  Print your return and write in NRA.  Then mail your return to the IRS.  You can't e-file with an NRA spouse.
