My sons tax returns were rejected because he did not check the someone else can claim me box - how to I fix this?

Where is the box I am supposed to check in the tax return?

He needs to go to MY INFO, click his name and go back through the screens to the one that asks if someone else can claim him as a dependent and say YES, then he can try to re-file.

Go to My Info on the left side of the online program screen.  Edit the dependents information.

On the screen Let's check for some other situations check the box Another taxpayer can claim me as a dependent on their tax return
