My son's SSI last payment was September 2018. Can I claim him dependent?
My son had SSI up until September of 2018. I have received payments for his behalf and wondered if I can still claim him as dependent? He is currently a full time college student (away) as of August of 2018.

Yes, if he meets all of the other criteria to be claimed as a "Qualifying child" such as under the age of 24 since he is a full-time college student and did not provide more than half of his own support, you can claim him as a dependent.
Being away at college only counts as a temporary absence so you will include the months he is away at college as months he is living with you.
