My son passed away last year in Oct he used to claim me as a dependant on his taxes can I do his taxes on Turbo Tax

I do not file taxes I am disabled. there is a form for filing for deceased person not sure if you offer it thankyou

Yes you may. We are sorry for your loss. You will start the return in TurboTax as if you are your son (all of his information). You will see a screen that with a checkbox that states "I am preparing this return for "[your son]", who is deceased. Here is what the screen will look like (check yes, the screenshot has no checked)
