My son (not dependent) and I shared a Marketplace plan. Can one of us just claim 100% and the other one zero on our return? Does it matter who claims 100% of it? thanks

Yes, you can. It is between you how you choose to allocate. You may want to try it on each return to see who it benefits or hurts the most.
