My son lives with his mom, I pay child support and I get rights to claim him on my taxes every year,it’s not letting me enter him him what should I do ?

Payment of child support is not relevant.  Are you legally divorced from the other parent?

If so, since the child does not live with you, has the custodial parent relinquished there claim for the child in 2025 by completing a Form 8332, Release/Revocation of Release of Claim to Exemption for Child by Custodial Parent?

4. Post your Marital Status
5. When asked, Do you have any dependents? Click Yes.
6. If you have one child, enter (1). [Continue]
7. Now scroll down to [Add another dependent]
8. Select the box [My Child] - [Continue]
9. Continue through the interview to add the child.
