My son just arrive from the Philippines and got his SSS today can I claim it from my tax return this yr and last yr

Congrats on your son's arrival and newly receipt of Social Security Number (SSN).

Since SSN is issued during tax year 2023, depending on various circumstances (if SSN authorizes employment, his age and income etc.)  you can enter his data if qualify for a dependent and other tax benefits for tax year 2023, but NOT tax year 2022. We start the tax year 2023 filing season in early part of 2024 when tax year 2023 ends.
