My son is a full time 16 year old student who also worked for 8 months and earned 11950.00 can I still claim claim him as a dependent? He lives with me.

Yes he is under 19.  But he probably needs to file his own return for his income.  Be sure on his return he checks the box that says he can be claimed on someone else’s return.
