My son is 16 years old, he has a job at McDonald's which he's had for maybe 5 months now. Do I need his tax info from his job as I claim him as a dependent?

Your son will file his own tax return. When he files he *MUST* select the option for "I can be claimed on someone else's return". You will still claim him as your dependent. Under no circumstances will you *EVER* report his income on "your" tax return. There are no exceptions here.
