My son-in-law committed suicide in March 2016 by shoting himself. I paid for for Crime Scene clean-up of $1,250 Also paid for creamation fees. Are they tax deductable?

My son-in-law committed suicide in March 2016 by shooting himself. I paid for for Crime Scene clean-up of $1,250 Also paid for cremation fees. Are they tax deductible?
