My son filed himself accidentally so I mailed my return since it rejected on efile and he mailed a 1040x a day after I mailed my return. Will my refund be delayed?

No, your tax return should be processed as normal. Since his amended tax return will correct the issue with claiming himself everything will be resolved after the amended tax return has been processed.
