My son died November 2020. Can it file him on my taxes? He was born in 2000 and he didn't have any income and he lived in my house all his life till he died.

If he was eligible to be your dependent when he died, then you can claim him.

sorry for your loss - when you get to the question "how long did he live with you in 2020", be sure to respond 'all year' even though it was 11 months.  That instruction is on the screen but is a little small.

A child born and died in 2020 is deemed to have lived with you all year even if the child only lived a few minutes if it was a live birth and a birth certificate issued.

If the child has a SSN then file using that.  If no SSN then you will have to paper file and write DIED in place of the SSN and include a copy of the child's birth certificate, death certificate, or hospital records. The document must show that the child was born alive.
