At this time, the IRS does not have any information available yet regarding stimulus or payment checks, which remain under consideration in Congress. You can check the IRS website for details as they become available.

if that disability is from social security, you are probably fine as they know you exist.  

everyone who is to receive a rebate will receive a letter describing what to expect.  I'd wait to do anything until those letters are circulated (I imagine later in April).
