My software license isn't showing up on my Products page in my account.

I purchased TT H&B Desktop 2021 as a download from Sam's Club.  I need to install it on a new desktop.  I have the License Code.  However, the download link from Sam's Club no longer works.

My License Code doesn't appear in my account on my Products page.  How do I get it to appear on my Products page?

2021 software can no longer be installed, nor updated.....nor can any states be downloaded/installed.

Make sure you get 2021 PDF files from your old system  (Generate PDF files both as just the filing copy, and another with ALL the forms and worksheets) , and transfer them to the new computer.  Transfer any PDF files from older years too.

Get your 2022, 2023, and 2024 years software installed on the new computer now.  The ability to install the 2022 software will drop off sometime this year.

@SteamTrain - Thanks. Very helpful. I'm curious, I paid good money for each and every version of TT I purchased. And TT has the "Products" page, which lists the versions I've purchased. One would assume TT makes the downloads available for longer than 3-4 years. But, it appears they don't. This seems so wrong.

@BTRR Just my two cents...But I checked my products page in the Intuit Account and have all download products showing available from tax year 2014 thru 2025.

Yep...I have back to 2014 available too....all bought thru the TurboTax website, so any the earlier versions that did not come thru the actual TTX purchase site may not be showing for everyone.

...But....

Starting (I think) in 2019, you have to enter an installation code in order for the tax software to run.....and installation won't proceed past that point for 2021, 2020, and 2019 anymore.  So even if you get the 2021 software to download...you can't actually install it.

I think I could probably install the 2018 or earlier versions from my TTX download list (not that I've tried), but might need to use "Compatibility Mode" for versions that came out before W11 existed  (and W10 came out in July of 2015).

Like I've already said, even if you find a 2021 download there, it's unlikely you can install it.

But you can try....it probably won't recognize/accept your license code...give it a shot if you want.

My 2020 is on my Products page.  Federal downloaded, but State balked.

My 2021 isn't on my Products page.

I'll have to call Intuit and see if they can restore these.
