When did you file 2019? If it was late in the year or you mailed it, try putting in 0 (zero) for the AGI. And see, https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/rejections/help/what-if-i-entered-the-correct-agi-and-i-m-still-ge...

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

I filed in March of 2020, on time. I was not able to e-file last year, either, and had to mail them in. The adjusted gross income amount filed last year, which I have a copy of in front of me, is what I'm putting into the submission this year. Any other ideas? Thanks
As I said, if you mailed it they might not be done processing it or didn't finish in time for the AGI to get into the database. Try entering 0 for the AGI.
Last year the IRS was closed for several months starting in March for Covid-19. They didn't start opening the mail until June. And by then they had millions and millions of returns piling up in trailers. And they still are not done with 2019.
OK, Thank You. I did try to entering zero.
Last year when submitting I was getting an error that a return had already been filed for me. It turned out that it had something to do with self-employed people and stimulus. I'm thinking you may be right, and that for some reason my AGI was recorded as zero.
Fingers crossed.
Thank You!
Just a heads up for anyone else having this issue - setting my AGI to 0 did, in fact, work.
here's what TurboTax suggests
