My return went from being accepeted on IRS website to today saying my information is not correct what should I do

That can happen if (1) the IRS website is down; (2) it is being updated; or (3) too many folks are accessing it at the same time. Today is a Federal holiday, so check again tomorrow.

You will get a letter from the IRS telling you what they found that is not correct and if you need to do anything to fix it.  Sometimes, the IRS will correct your return on their own and tell you about the corrections and send you the updated refund amount.  

So as this point, the only thing you can do is wait for the letter from the IRS.  You can also try calling the IRS at 800-829-1040.
