My return was rejected Reject Code F8962-006-01 so I filled out the form and uploaded to documents, but it is still rejecting it.

No it didn’t fix the problem. I want to know is this a problem with turbo tax? I also want to know if I can go through someone else since I can’t seem to resolve the issue with turbo tax.
