My return was rejected because of my AGI amount from last years return not matching on line 11. The 2024 line 11 amount I can see and I am inputting that so correct

It asks for my AGI amount on line 11 but tells me the amount does not match. It does

If you file 2024 late or amended the AGI might not be in the system.   Try using zero instead.

My 2024 Return was not late/rejected as they paid me my return.

Try zero anyway.

If the amount on line 11 of your 2024 Form 1040 does not work and using zero does not work, then file your 2025 return by mail.  Print it, sign and date it in ink, and mail it in.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.

I spoke at length on the 'Turbo' line and she advised me to ''I have come across this many times before'', but WITHOUT any reasoning for it.

I spoke at length with 'IRS' who informed me i was an issue picked up with my ''filing site and not the 'IRS.  Call them as they need to ix it''.

I spoke at length AGAIN with 'Turbo' who told me they have come across it before but no idea how to fix it.

I am looking for the reason why.  I the issue is with the 'Turbo' system one would assume 'Turbo' could tell me why!

I understand how to mail a tax return.

The way to "fix" it is to file by mail.   Trying over and over again to do the same thing will not yield different results.
