I paid and filed through TurboTax, verified my information is correct on my return. How do I determine where the problem lies?

That is a generic message that means they changed "something" on your return. When you receive your refund there will be a more specific letter a few weeks later. Quite often it has to do with an incorrect answer pertaining to the recovery rebate credit, but it could be for something else.
