The $4,050 for your personal exemption goes on line 42 of Form 1040. To see if it has,
1. Go to My Account.
2. Go to Tools.
3. Go to View Tax Summary.
4. Go to Preview my 1040.
If it's not there and it's supposed to be (you're not being claimed by anyone else), go back to Personal Info and check No to Someone else can claim me as a dependent on their tax return.
