My return keeps getting rejection error code # F1040A-526-02. All of the information entered seems, what else could be wrong? Can I erase the whole return & start over?

That means that the Date of Birth of the spouse (second person listed on the tax return) does not match the IRS records.   Check the personal information section to be sure that the DOB is enter correctly.
