My return is complete and ready to file. The website won't open -- getting a message that there is a slight snag. So far, help has sucked.

Unfortunately you have to keep clicking "Try Again" TurboTax software sucks and you have to re-enter your information multiple times.

There was a technical problem at TurboTax earlier today, which has been resolved. You should be able to file now.
