My refund says rejected but when i log in it says it's pending, what do i do?

If you have fixed the rejection, sometimes it takes a while for the status to update in TurboTax. Give it a couple hours if you have fixed the rejection. 

And then you can check your TurboTax e-file status here https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/ for an update as well.
