My refund keeps getting rejected, so I'm trying to download my taxes so I can mail them to the IRS, but it won't let me, what can I do?

Go back through the filing steps and this time, choose FILE by MAIL instead of e-file. See article below to file by mail. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3401713
