When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
"Accepted" is an efile term. The IRS does not normally use the word "accepted" at its "Where's My Refund" tool. Or did you mean to say it does not show "approved" instead? It normally has 3 stages:
Return received and is being processed.
Refund approved.
Refund sent and an expected deposit date.

If the IRS has sent your refund, what amount is shown at the IRS tool? Does it match what is shown on your Form 1040, Line 35a?
If you chose to pay fees out of your Federal refund, be sure to take that into account.
Be sure the deposit you received is not a state refund, or that the difference in the amount is not due to an expected state refund. If you are expecting a state refund, it comes separately.
If the IRS lowered your Federal refund amount, you should get a letter in about 3 weeks, explaining why.
