Read that notice again carefully ... note the put a list of "possible" errors but most likely the only one that applies to you is the last one for the incorrect stimulus credit or what they call a "math" error. That is the most common error for that notice so did you enter the incorrect amount of the third stimulus payment in the program when asked? Is the missing amount a factor of 1400?

Yes, I did claim that my 3rd stimulus was not received. I don’t understand how they determined that I didn’t complete the qualifying dependent information from that as I didn’t claim a dependent
Again that is a general notice that lists several "possible" errors (among other not listed possibilities) and the only one that applies to most people is the last bullet point for what they consider a "math" error which in the TT program is a data entry error on the user's behalf.
If the IRS disagrees with the amount of the third stimulus payment you listed on the return and you believe they are wrong in that you did not get the payment in advance then you need to initiate a trace on the missing payment ...
