My printed returns shows a payment plan option. Can I just send in the amount shown or do i have to pay in full?

I ended up having to pay for my taxes this year. When i printed out the returns, there was 1 copy that had a pay in full option. The other was broken down into payments. Can i just send in the payment option or do i have to file other paperwork to do so?

The 1040can be used if you are mailing in a check or money order to pay your 2018 tax due.

Those other 1040ES forms are not for payment of your 2018 tax due.  They are optional forms to send if you make estimated quarterly payments for your 2019 taxes.
