Go back to My Info and see what you entered there for yourself. Click edit by your name and go through the screens. Sounds like you clicked the wrong thing.
I wish that were the case. I've already quadruple checked that and what I've entered is correct. Now when I edit Mailing Address, the state field is stuck with Other Country. Does this sound like a programming error?

Thanks for your suggestion xmasbaby0. I ended up contacting TurboTax Support via DM on Twitter. With their help, we figured it out. What worked?
Edit Address Info, change the 'Type of Mailing Address' to 'US Address', then delete everything.
Then change it back to 'Foreign Address' and delete everything.
Then change back to 'US Address' and enter the correct info.
That fixed it.
