My payment voucher for Idaho e-file states that the amount was paid. Do I need to send in this payment voucher? The Idaho website still says I owe, so what do I do?

Ok  that voucher form is to go with the check you are sending ... that is the amount you are paying with the enclosed check ... this is the same wording on any credit card statement voucher ... the amount paid is what you are sending not what has already been sent.

Your only proof of payment is your actual bank account or credit card statement showing the payment.  You have to check your own records.
