My parents in-law lives with us and we pay for the bills and all the food. One of them barely work during 2018, and made 6100. Can I claim them legally as dependents?

You cannot claim the parent-in-law making more than $4,150 in 2018 as a dependent.

You can claim the one making less than this amount.

You cannot claim the parent-in-law making more than $4,150 in 2018 as a dependent.

You can claim the one making less than this amount.
